The challenge
One organization-wide HR approach and one HR system for all managers and employees worldwide. Waste-to-product company Renewi wanted to realize that using the Talentsoft solution for HR. In an intensive collaboration with Renewi and Talentsoft worldofwork™ helped realize this ambition. From advising on the design of the workflows and cleaning all HR data up to and including the rollout of the system and the training of the Renewi system admins.
The solution
worldofwork™ delivered functional application management and business project management for this Renewi project. Having specific knowledge of Talentsoft and of the Renewi-specific this was done quickly and smoothly. This collaboration made implementation for all parties easier due to extra attention and better availability of sound knowledge and expertise.
The result
The first Performance Management campaigns have recently been completed and the following scheduled. With the input from these campaigns, salary increases and bonuses within Renewi are implemented. And the e-learning environment / LMS is now available in almost all countries. Employees got started with their development, and the first webinars have already taken place.
Furthermore, HR is now more in control and thanks to various reports, options to steer and adjust the business have significantly improved. This first international implementation of HR was to everyone's satisfaction. First experiences with the new system indicate users are visibly inspired affected by the solution. Questions are now also arising from the international business about the possibilities to support their ambitions, for example with webinars.
A new platform owner has now started at Renewi. She is well trained by worldofwork™ and able to maintain the application independently.
