The Opportunity
We're seeking a visionary Consultant in HR IT to lead our ambitious projects aimed at revolutionizing the HR landscape. As a pivotal member of our Freelance Community, we could reach out to you for different kinds of projects within HR Tech. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Engage in a variety of HR IT projects, applying your skills to bridge the gap between human resources operations and technological advancements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, according to worldofwork™ standards.
- Work closely with the client and your team to translate business needs into solutions.
We're Looking For:
- Experience as interim HR IT consultant or similar roles.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Monday).
- Knowledge of Agile working is considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
